Horizon Consultants ("we", "us") is a consultancy based in Ireland that helps financial brokerages adopt AI workflows. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We collect the information you submit through the pilot application form: your name, firm name, role, firm size, email address, optional phone number, and any message you choose to send us. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss whether the Broker AI Pilot is a fit for your firm. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the European Union. Access is restricted to Horizon Consultants personnel.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless we have a continuing business relationship.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use trusted infrastructure providers (for hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual protections.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@horizonconsultants.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
